Ebooks (or digital books) are in the universal PDF format, which can be read on any device which uses Windows, Mac-OS or even Linux, using free software from Adobe - and there's software to convert PDFs to speech for those that need it (available separately).

Ebooks are also available on CD, which makes a good backup for when you change your computer, and would also make a great gift.

If you prefer a good old paper book - laptops and kitchens don't really mix! - we also publish soft cover and hard cover editions.
