Our Products

All our own publications (at the moment, this is just Gluten Free-Easy and Gluten and Dairy Free-Easy) are available in several formats to suit your needs. Paperbacks, ebooks and ebooks on CD for these products are also available Free with TrialPay (sorry, hardback version not available for free).

To get your free book, first select either "Gluten Free" or "Gluten and Dairy Free" on the left here, then click on the cover of the style you would like and read the description until you find the words $??.?? or Free with TrialPay. Click on that and you will be taken to the TrialPay site where you can obtain your copy.

We also offer some ebooks which are not available in other formats. If the demand is there, we may also offer them as ebooks on CD in the future.

Ebooks (or digital books) are in the universal PDF format, which can be read on any computer or other device which uses Windows, Mac-OS or Linux using free software from Adobe, and even most smartphones have an app for this, including iPhone (and iPad), Android, Symbian and Blackberry. There's also software to convert PDFs to speech for those that need it (available separately).

Ebooks are also available on CD, which makes a good backup for when you change your computer, and would also make a great gift.

If you prefer a good old paper book - laptops, kitchens and herb gardens don't really mix! - we also publish soft cover editions and Gluten Free-Easy is also available in a hard cover edition.
